Ryan Berger's practice focuses on all aspects of restructuring, insolvency, bankruptcy, and related litigation. For nearly a decade, he has worked on out-of-court restructurings and in-court bankruptcy proceedings. Ryan regularly represents distressed companies, financial institutions, investors in distressed companies, purchasers of distressed assets, landlords, and creditors. 

Ryan also focuses on commercial litigation and trial work, appearing in various state and federal courts to represent a variety of individual and corporate clients for a large range of disputes involving traditional torts, fraud, and complex contract disputes.

Prior to joining HBB, Ryan was an associate in the financial restructuring departments of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP; Milbank LLP; and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
